This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position : Freelance Partner

• Location : Anywhere in EMEA, ideally (GMT+1)
• Employment type : Freelance - able to invoice
• Remuneration : Commission per placed candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sourcing candidates through channels of your choice, including job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
• Conducting screenings, assessing qualifications, testing language levels, and matching candidates to roles
• Collaborating directly with our SDM and MD to ensure successful placements
• Maintaining a pipeline of talented candidates and building lasting relationships
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keeping candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proficient in English and Italian (spoken and written) – non-negotiable
• Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1)
• Proven experience sourcing, hunting, or recruiting Italian-speaking talent (within Volume SaaS, BPO, or Languages)
• Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with approximately 10,000 connections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
