Hey there! DKR’s clients are expanding globally, our client base is extremely busy at the moment and therefore we need an amazing Italian speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. If you're a true hunter and love connecting talented individuals with our clients needs we want to hear from you today!

This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Partner

  • Location: Anywhere in EMEA ideally (GMT+1)
  • Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
  • Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dive into your own sourcing channels of your choice, job boards, social media, and networking to source, hunt and attract top-notch candidates.
  • Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
  • Work directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements.
  • Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.
  • Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in English / Italian (spoken and written) - this is a non-negotiable.
  • Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1).
  • Proven experience sourcing / hunting / recruiting Italian speaking talent (within Volume SaaS / BPO / Languages).
  • Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections.
  • Stellar communication and people skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
  • Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
