Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for various roles through effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings and interviews to match candidates with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and actively follow up on candidate interests and availability.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and placing candidates in English-speaking roles.
• Strong networking skills and access to recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a freelance recruitment role is a plus.
