This role allows you to work from anywhere while playing a pivotal role in helping companies find the right talent. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to final placement. • Source, screen, and select candidates for various job openings across multiple industries.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process and manage candidate data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to identify quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and clients.

• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
