About the Role We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager with a strong background in tech, IT, telecoms, or managed service providers (MSPs) to support a range of business-led and technical initiatives across a highly technical product portfolio.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams led by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the IT Director for Platforms, acting as a business-facing counterpart to ensure the right commercial frameworks, marketing support, and stakeholder engagement are in place.

Key Projects Supporting a new model of reselling via third-party partners Launching or scaling consumer internet services Assisting with collateral development and campaign execution

Responsibilities Manage and support the business side of key initiatives, ensuring commercial readiness and stakeholder alignment Oversee project timelines, reporting, and deliverables across multiple teams Coordinate marketing and sales readiness efforts for product launches or updates Ensure consistent communication and project tracking in line with strategic goals Act as a key point of contact between business and technical teams

Ideal Candidate Proven project management experience in tech, IT, telco, or MSP environments Familiarity with telco or managed service operations is a strong plus Ability to balance technical project coordination with business and commercial needs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Based in or able to occasionally travel to Palma, Spain preferred, but not essential Comfortable working remotely across EU time zones Available to start by early-to-mid September
