Talent Management Specialist - Region South Europe (ES / PT / IT) - Local contract - Milan - Apply by 16 March

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Talent Management Specialist, you will support the implementation of Talent Management strategies in the region, ensuring key talent processes drive business success. This position will support Spain, Portugal & Italy and is based in either Barcelona or Milan. Your key responsibilities include :

  • Talent Strategy & Implementation – Utilize Talent Management (TM) tools and processes to develop and execute strategies aligned with regional business needs.
  • Succession Planning & Career Development – Support talent identification, succession planning, and career frameworks to strengthen internal pipelines for key roles.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching – Advise and coach regional business leaders to foster a strong talent culture, aligned with H&M’s values and leadership principles.
  • Collaboration & Global Initiatives – Actively participate in or lead global Talent Management initiatives, ensuring best practices are adapted to local needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics – Analyze employee engagement and internal career development data to optimize talent strategies.

Who You’ll Work With

  • HR Community – Working closely with Regional HRMs, Sales Market HRMs, and other specialist teams.
  • Global Talent Management COE & Learning & Performance Development COE – Aligning strategies with global initiatives.
  • Business Leaders in the Region – Supporting Sales Market Managers and other key stakeholders in developing their teams.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with :

  • Formal education in Human Resources or a related field, with a university degree or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in Talent Management, preferably within retail.
  • Hands-on experience with talent management tools and processes.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and employee engagement strategies.
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian; Portuguese is a plus.
