Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience working with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions, a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative marketing and sales solutions.

We are seeking a Freelance Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team and support the Workforce Solutions Go-to-Market division of our main client, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

About the role : Work model: Remote

Project’s Length : Temporary collaboration

Main responsibilities :

Reporting to the Manager of the unit, your main tasks will include:

  1. Marketing Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning
  2. Analyze current marketing performance measurement models to identify improvement opportunities and enhance ROI visibility.
  3. Assist in investment planning by conducting impact analyses and delivering data-backed recommendations.
  4. Summarize complex findings, highlight limitations, and propose actionable solutions for senior stakeholders.
  5. Provide strategic support to executive forums with narratives, proof points, and marketing performance outcomes.
  1. Performance Measurement Consistency & Advisory
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to Market teams, guiding them on reporting and performance measurement standards.
  3. Collaborate with Go-to-Market Line of Business leads to ensure transparent communication between Commercial and Market organizations.
  4. Promote sharing of best practices across markets.
