The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions : a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team and provide support to Workforce Solutions Go-to-Market division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

Main responsibilities : Reporting to the Manager of the unit, some of your main tasks will be :

Marketing Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning Analyze current marketing performance measurement models to identify improvement opportunities and enhance ROI visibility. Assist in investment planning by conducting thorough impact analyses and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations. Summarize complex findings, highlight limitations, and propose actionable solutions for senior stakeholders. Provide strategic support to executive forums with narratives, proof points, and marketing performance outcomes.

Performance Measurement Consistency & Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to Market teams, guiding them on consistent reporting and performance measurement standards. Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market Line of Business leads to ensure transparent communication between Commercial and Market organizations. Promote and facilitate the sharing of best practices across markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Capability Building Partner with Go-to-Market Marketing Analysts and the Director of Marketing Impact to drive efficiency and alignment in performance reporting across business units. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at advancing B2B marketing analytics capabilities and frameworks.

Marketing Data Visualization & Analysis (Technical Core) Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize marketing performance and track KPIs (main responsibility). Develop DAX formulas to extract insights and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Leverage SQL queries for in-depth data analysis and to support marketing performance tracking. Conduct advanced Excel analysis for ad-hoc reporting and data exploration. Detect performance trends and translate them into actionable insights to drive marketing strategy and budget optimization.Identify areas for improvement in current marketing performance measurement models. Summarize relevant information, outline outcomes and limitations of analyses, and propose solutions. Assist in investment planning processes, providing thorough impact analysis and recommendations. Support executive forums with marketing impact narrative, proof points and outcomes.

Background & Skills : A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Power BI (Advanced) : Dashboard creation, DAX, modeling relational tables, workspace (publishing dashboards) DAX (Advanced) : Calculated columns, measures, time intelligence functions SQL : Writing queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases Excel (Advanced) : PivotTables, lookup functions, nested formulas, charting, data cleaning Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, KPIs, and performance metrics Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Clear communication skills for presenting data insights Salesforce platform SFDC. Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge preferred.
