Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team and support the Workforce Solutions Go-to-Market division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard).

Main Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Manager of the unit, some of your main tasks will include:
Marketing Performance Analysis & Strategic Planning
  • Analyze current marketing performance measurement models to identify improvement opportunities and enhance ROI visibility.
  • Assist in investment planning by conducting impact analyses and delivering data-backed recommendations.
  • Summarize complex findings, highlight limitations, and propose actionable solutions for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support to executive forums with narratives, proof points, and marketing performance outcomes.
Performance Measurement Consistency & Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Market teams, guiding them on reporting and measurement standards.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market leads to ensure transparent communication between organizations.
  • Promote sharing of best practices across markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Capability Building
  • Partner with analysts and directors to drive efficiency in performance reporting.
  • Contribute to initiatives enhancing B2B marketing analytics capabilities.
Marketing Data Visualization & Analysis (Technical Core)
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs.
  • Develop DAX formulas and leverage SQL queries for data analysis.
  • Use Excel for ad-hoc reporting and data exploration.
  • Identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Background & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Advanced Power BI skills: dashboards, DAX, modeling, publishing.
  • Advanced DAX: calculated columns, measures, time intelligence.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction.
  • Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, lookup functions, nested formulas.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
