Job summary

ALOHAS is seeking a freelance Fitting Model to support our Product & Design team by testing footwear samples. This is a part-time, hourly role based in Barcelona, roughly 10–15 hours per month. Your main task is to try on shoes and provide clear feedback on fit and comfort.

Responsibilities include attending fittings at our Barcelona office, reporting honest insights on fit, materials and wearability, and helping decide if a style is ready for production. EU size 38 required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear feedback on fit and comfort.
• Reliable, punctual and able to communicate feedback effectively.
• Based in Barcelona and available during office hours.

Responsibilities

• Try on footwear samples during fittings at our Barcelona office.
• Provide clear, honest feedback about fit, comfort, points of pain, materials and wearability.
• Help the Product & Design team evaluate whether a style is ready for production or needs adjustments.
• Occasionally support fittings for other product categories if needed.
