Job summary

ALOHAS is seeking a Fashion Merchandiser in Barcelona to shape seasonal Range Plans and drive assortment strategies across Online, Wholesale, and Retail. You will partner with the CPO and Channel Merchandiser to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.

You will track performance, manage openings of new lines, and translate fashion trends into commercial opportunities while collaborating with Design, Marketing and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fashion merchandising or related field.
• Strong analytical mind with ability to translate trends into commercial opportunities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Co-build the seasonal Range Plan with input from CPO and Channel Merchandiser, defining newness vs carryover, pricing targets and slot briefs.
• Lead collection meetings from Kick-off to Final Review and ensure alignment across teams.
• Build channel assortments (Online, Wholesale, Retail) from the Range Plan and plan launches with Brand & Marketing.
• Track store allocations and replenishment, identify bestsellers, and propose in-season actions and markdowns.
