ALOHAS is seeking a Freelance Color & Material Sneaker Designer to bring color and material narratives to life across our sneaker collections. You’ll work with internal design and product teams to craft premium, trend-forward strategies in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

This freelance role offers creative autonomy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the chance to shape iconic sneaker aesthetics with sustainable storytelling.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in color and material design for sneakers.
• Strong portfolio showing color/material storytelling and product innovation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead material and color selection for iconic sneaker styles with design guidance.
• Prepare spec sheets, drawings, and documentation from concept to prototype.
• Research sneaker trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform strategy.
• Create mood boards, material/color stories, sketches and prototypes.
• Collaborate with design, product development, merchandising and sourcing teams.
