A leading company specializing in innovation and digital technologies is looking for a Freelance European Project Manager. You will manage international projects under the Horizon Programme, preparing deliverables and coordinating events. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and have extensive experience in European project management, with strong English and additional language skills being a plus.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing Horizon Europe or H2020 projects.
• Additional certifications in European project management (PM2, Prince, PMP).
• C1 English language skills; French or German desirable.

Your mission

1. Implement Horizon Programme projects where Sploro participates as partner or coordinator.
2. Prepare and deliver project deliverables and reports.
3. Participate in and organize consortium meetings, if applicable.
4. Support in the financial justification of European projects.
5. Represent Sploro at workshops, European events, or infodays organized by the European Commission, either physically or remotely.
6. Develop innovative concepts and proposals to connect EU innovation ecosystems (accelerators, incubators, venture builders, startup events).

Your profile

1. Advanced degree, preferably a Master's or double degrees; university type is flexible based on experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience managing Horizon Europe or H2020 projects.
3. Experience in consultancy or support tasks in research, startups, accelerators, or incubators is valuable.
4. Additional training or certifications in European project management (e.g., PM2, Prince, PMP) are assets.
5. English language skills at C1 level are essential; other European languages like French or German are desirable.
6. The position ideally starts by September 1st, but earlier start dates can be considered.
