Formación

Your mission

1. Responsible for the implementation of Horizon Programme projects in which Sploro participates as partner or coordinator.
2. Preparation and delivery of project deliverables and reports.
3. Participation in consortium meetings and their organisation, if applicable.
4. Support in the financial justification of European projects.
5. Represent Sploro (physically or telematically) in workshops, European events or infodays organised by the European Commission.
6. Participate in the development of innovative concepts and proposals aimed at creating links between EU innovation ecosystems (accelerators, incubators, venture builders, startup events, etc.).

Your profile

1. Qualifications: Advanced degree with Master's or double degrees. No preference for the type of university degree, depending on the applicant's experience.
2. Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in Horizon Europe or H2020 projects as a manager.
3. Experience in consultancy or support tasks in research in companies, universities, or technology centres, or in entrepreneurship, working in a tech startup, or involved in accelerators or incubators.
4. Additional training in European project management and framework programmes, or certifications (PM2, Prince, PMP) is a plus.
5. Language skills: C1 in English is essential; experience working in English is required. Knowledge of other European languages like French or German is desirable.
6. The position is expected to start no later than September 1st, with flexibility for an earlier start.
