Optima Media is a digital marketing agency specializing in digital performance marketing operating lead generation through a network of international comparison websites.

As part of our international expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented French-speaking freelance experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of French premium advertisers in various industry sectors (Finance, Telecom, Insurance, Energy providers, Entertainment…).

Your mission

Under the supervision of the French Market Manager, you will be expected to build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with advertisers, identifying and executing the right campaigns for each client with the long-term objective of developing and growing accounts.

For a full-time remote position and for a long-term mission, we're looking for someone resourceful who’s able to follow instructions given by the French Market Manager in a timely manner with a high level of reactivity.

Your responsibilities

1. Developing, maintaining, and growing accounts with existing and new advertisers.
2. Providing strong support to the French Market Manager on daily operational tasks.
3. Creating sustainable and trusted business relationships by offering professional support and feedback.
4. Monitoring lead generation campaigns using CRM tools.
5. Preparing performance weekly reports per advertiser and sector.
6. Analysing data using internal analytics tools and producing reports.
7. Creating visuals and short videos for social media content (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
8. Engaging in business development to explore & develop new verticals and sectors (35% of your time).

You are a perfect fit if you have:

1. A relevant educational background in digital marketing and already have a relevant experience in managing French premium advertisers.
2. Trust and transparency are the most important values at Optima Media, and you must have the same values.
3. Being connected to Slack vocal channel (From 9 AM to 6 PM French time) to communicate with your manager.
4. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication.
5. Proactive, organised with a strong attention to details.
6. Availability on weekends in case of technical issues.
7. Results driven - willing to reach the extra mile to increase your client account revenues.
8. Knowledge of tracking implementation solutions such as Tune / Has Offers would be a strong plus.
9. Analytical skill set.
10. Tech-savvy.
11. Proficiency with Google sheet / slide and Canva.
12. French speaking with fluency in English.

What we offer:

Freelance contract on a long-term view. Not only for a few months contract.

Starting date: From January 2025.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - Full-time / Remote position.
