About The Role

As a Consultant, you will help create a high-level skills taxonomy and qualification tests for our applicants.

• Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization's needs, outlining essential knowledge, skills, and understanding in the field.
• Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
• Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
• Collaborate with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
• Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.

Requirements

Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Data Security & Privacy or a related field.

Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Data Security & Privacy or a related field.

Possess advanced (C1 or above) level of English proficiency.

Experience in taxonomy development and creating qualification tests.

Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly between tasks and topics, and work with complex guidelines.

Must have a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for remote work.
