Overview

Join HOERBIGER Ibérica as a Business Administrator and become a key player in managing our business support functions. From facilities management to sales and service support, your role will ensure efficient daily operations within a dynamic environment. How you will make a difference
  • Administrative responsibilities : Validate and process supplier invoices, renegotiate contracts for services like vehicles, telecommunications, and IT equipment. Organize corporate events. Monitor customer payments. Update client platforms with necessary information and assist with tax reporting.
  • People & Culture activities : Manage HR administration, including contracts, payroll, benefits, and personnel files. Oversee vehicle fleet management and coordinate employee training programs. Ensure completion of medical exams and facilitate the integration of new employees and temporary workers.
  • Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QSHE) responsibilities : Maintain legal and regulatory authorizations for the Fieldservice team. Promote the SHE culture among staff and ensure compliance with safety standards. Oversee subcontractors’ safety compliance and record QHSE data for monthly reporting.

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Clear, effective communicator who can interact professionally with visitors, team members, and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite : Skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for efficient task management and reporting.
  • Numerate and Literate : Strong literacy and numeracy skills to manage documents, invoices, and contracts accurately.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
