PIXX Agency is searching for a highly skilled freelance Cinebot Mini Operator to join our pool of top-tier talent for upcoming productions with our long-standing client Amazon. This is a freelance role with flexible booking windows for upcoming beauty, lifestyle, and fashion campaigns.

Project-based | On-Set | Starting ASAP

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Your Role

As a Cinebot Mini Operator, you will take full control of robotic camera moves during tabletop and lifestyle productions. You’ll work closely with DPs, art directors, and our on-set creative team to ensure cinematic precision and fluid motion, whether for social cuts or hero key visuals.

• Operate the Cinebot Mini robotic arm with Flair software
• Collaborate on visual blocking and creative shot planning
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot the motion control system
• Execute pre-planned and improvised shots at high speed and accuracy
• Work across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle projects in fast-paced environments
• Coordinate with post-production teams for VFX integration when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating a Cinebot Mini, ideally on beauty or fashion productions
• Proficiency with Flair software
• Strong technical understanding of camera movement, lenses, lighting and timing
• Great eye for detail, aesthetics and composition
• Fluent in set etiquette and able to work under time pressure
• Based in Europe, with flexibility for occasional travel
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in tabletop, cosmetics or e-commerce content
• Understanding of virtual production workflows or motion capture
