A leading AI consultancy firm is seeking a freelance AI Tutor in Civil Engineering to work on innovative AI projects. This remote position requires a Master's or PhD in Engineering, proficiency in Python, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will engage in tasks such as generating challenges for AI models, defining evaluation criteria, and refining model outputs while being compensated up to $30 per hour based on expertise.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s Degree or PhD in Engineering and / or in a relevant area.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Civil Engineering with focus on one of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Sustainable Engineering, etc.
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
• Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
• Ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive and go beyond simple parameter modifications.
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
• Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
