We are looking for someone to invest and run their own real estate office in collaboration with Svensk Fastighetsförmedling in Nerja. We are already established in the market and are now seeking someone ready to take the business to new heights.

As a franchisee, you will represent a trusted and well-renowned brand that offers unique conditions for success. By combining our expertise with local knowledge, we can deliver an exceptional customer experience in both Sweden and Spain.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone who wants to invest and continue to build and run a further successful real estate office in Nerja. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, marketing, and developing your business. This includes overseeing daily office operations, staff, marketing, premises, and all aspects that make the office function and grow. Experience in staff development is an advantage, as this will be crucial in building a strong business.

You will have access to a robust network of other franchisees, a regional manager who provides support and coaching, and a head office that assists with marketing and recruitment.

To succeed as a franchisee in Nerja, experience in managing and running businesses is essential. The ability to communicate in Spanish and a solid understanding of Nerja's property market are valuable – and experience in real estate sales in Spain is a strong plus.
