Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Sales Representative to support the expansion of its franchise network across Spain and Italy. You will identify, qualify, and convert new franchise partners while managing the full sales cycle.

The role requires strong relationship-building, commercial acumen, and the ability to discuss business ownership and investment opportunities with confidence. Occasional travel across Spain and Italy will be needed.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling in a franchise context.
• Proven track record in identifying and closing franchise opportunities.
• Strong CRM management and pipeline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound inquiries and guide prospects through evaluation and decision process.
• Conduct discovery calls and online presentations for franchise partners.
• Build relationships and qualify candidates throughout the sales cycle.
