Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Sales Representative to drive franchise development in Spain and Italy from Sevilla. The role involves managing inbound inquiries, guiding potential franchisees, and closing sales while building strong relationships with partners.

The candidate should have B2B and franchise sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. A dynamic, international environment and performance-based incentives are offered.

Formación

• Experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, business development, franchise sales, or similar commercial role.
• Ability to discuss business investment and franchise ownership with prospects.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound franchise enquiries from Spain and Italy and guide prospects through evaluation.
• Manage the full franchise sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Build strong relationships with potential franchisees throughout the process and maintain CRM records.
• Represent the company at franchise exhibitions and events; travel within Spain and Italy as needed.
