Sesame HR is expanding into France and seeks a driven sales professional to join as the French market lead’s right hand. You’ll be the second person dedicated to France, collaborating with the French Market Manager to build the go-to-market from strategy to closing.

From day one you’ll run multichannel outbound prospecting, qualify leads, own the sales cycle on smaller accounts, and contribute to localization and partnerships.

Formación

• 1+ year of hands-on sales experience (SDR/BDR/AM).
• Fluent French; strong English or Spanish required.
• Knowledge of the modern sales stack: Hubspot, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Build multichannel outbound prospecting on French targets.
• Qualify leads and own the full sales cycle for smaller accounts (discovery, demo, closing).
• Localization, partnerships, and strategic market projects for France; use AI to optimize outreach.
