ADP France seeks a Business Consultant to translate client needs into the France portfolio of products and services, supporting the Sales team through the sales process from proof of concept to implementation. You will be a trusted advisor leveraging insights and market trends to differentiate ADP with a data-driven TCO approach.

Role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, HR transformation discussions, and strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Business Consulting/HRIS/Payroll.
• Strong understanding of HRIS architectures and HR/payroll processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English is mandatory.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Client-oriented, results-driven, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player with good listening skills and capability to advise clients.
• HR architectures and technologies.
• Service definition and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Align customer needs with the ADP France portfolio and tailor messaging to audiences.
• Own and communicate functional and technical content for diverse stakeholders.
• Support HR transformation discussions and perform business case analysis.
• Deliver expertise on Payroll & HR Services, including governance, SLAs, and implementation.
• Demonstrate offerings through demos and participate in marketing events.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and responses to RFPs/ RFIs.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Customer Services teams.
• Stay updated on product developments and contribute to demo-platform enhancements.
