IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and health & biosciences, invites an FP&A Analyst to support the EMEA Ingredients Regional Finance Leader from Oviedo. The role blends data, finance and business partnering to drive planning, forecasting, and performance improvements in a hybrid setting.

You will coordinate reporting, model investments, support budgeting and pricing execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, drivers, and financial impacts.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in financial modeling to support business decisions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative team player with high ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting of sales, gross profit, and RSA costs for the EMEA region.
• Support forecasting processes and contribute to improving forecast accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify key performance drivers and actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing monthly EMEA regional business reviews.
• Drive the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes across the region.
• Support pricing strategy design and execution to optimize commercial performance.
• Promote cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across business units.
• Develop financial and capital investment models to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver impactful financial insights.
