Formación

You will join the Corporate Strategic Services team within the finance department. The team includes a member based in Barcelona and your manager in the UK.

Although part of finance, you will collaborate across the business to provide financial and KPI reporting and insights, supporting decision-making as needed.

We use tools like Excel and Google Sheets, so proficiency in at least one is essential. We also use Amazon Quicksight, Hubspot, and Business Central, but prior experience with these is not required.

What you will do:

The Group FP&A Analyst will be vital in delivering accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support organizational decisions. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to meet financial targets. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally to enhance business performance.

  • Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports for senior management, board meetings, and stakeholders, including variance analysis to explain movements and identify trends.
  • Analyze key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather data and support financial needs.
  • Create reports and dashboards for real-time performance insights.
  • Maintain top-level business KPIs.
  • Participate in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
  • Analyze business performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and profitability.
  • Support strategic decisions, including M&A, through financial modeling and analysis.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Several years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling large datasets. Familiarity with BI tools like Amazon QS, Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in digital projects and e-commerce is highly valued.
  • Background in finance, business, or economics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
