Luxoft Spain in Almería, Andalucía, is seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and applications across the Foundry ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable solutions, and you will work hands-on with AIP features like RAG and copilots.

The role requires senior data engineering experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and the ability to own delivery while engaging business users.

Formación

Minimum 10 years of IT/Data experience.
Minimum 5 years as a Data Platform Engineer or Data Engineer.
2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem (integration, ontologies, pipelines, apps).
Strong Python, PySpark, SQL and data modelling skills.
Experience with AIP features such as RAG workflows, copilots, or agent-based apps.
Ability to work independently and engage non-technical business users.
Strong problem-solving and delivery ownership.

Responsabilidades

Data & Workflow Engineering: design, build, and maintain scalable pipelines and apps in Foundry.
AIP & AI Enablement: deploy copilots, retrieval workflows, and decision-support agents.
End-to-End Delivery: capture requirements and deliver working solutions with stakeholders.
User Engagement: train and support business teams using Foundry and AIP.
Governance & Trust: ensure data quality, governance, and responsible AI use.
Continuous Improvement: expand AIP adoption and automate workflows.
