Luxoft Spain in Córdoba, Andalucía, is seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows within the Foundry ecosystem and Palantir AIP.

You will design data pipelines, implement RAG-enabled workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions. The selected candidate will relocate to Abu Dhabi by the end of the year, contributing to governance and continuous improvement of AI-enabled platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT/Data
• 5+ years as a Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer
• 2+ years of professional experience with Palantir Foundry (data integration, ontology, pipelines, applications)
• Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills
• Experience supporting AIP features (RAG, copilots, agents) and working with business users

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable pipelines and applications in Palantir Foundry
• Support AIP use cases such as copilots and retrieval workflows
• Develop ground agents and logic flows with retrieval augmented generation
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design and evaluation
• Deliver solutions with stakeholders and provide user training and support
• Ensure data governance and responsible AI practices
• Identify opportunities to expand AIP adoption and automate workflows
