Descripción de la vacante

Luxoft Spain busca un Ingeniero Palantir Foundry & AIP con experiencia en el ecosistema Foundry y AIP. Diseñarás, construirás y operarás flujos de trabajo impulsados por IA para lograr resultados de negocio tangibles.

El candidato ideal trabajará directamente con las partes interesadas para traducir necesidades en soluciones escalables, manteniendo la calidad de datos, gobernanza y un uso responsable de la IA. Se requerirá empezar en España y relocalización a Abu Dhabi a finales de año.

Formación

Minimum 10 years of IT/Data experience.
Minimum 5 years as Data Platform Engineer/Data Engineer.
2+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry ecosystem.
Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills.
Experience with AIP features such as RAG, copilots, or agent-based apps.
Ability to work independently with non-technical business users.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of delivery.

Responsabilidades

Data & Workflow Engineering: design, develop and maintain scalable pipelines and applications within Palantir Foundry.
AIP & AI Enablement: support design and deployment of AIP use cases and ground agents using RAG.
End-to-End Delivery: capture requirements, design solutions, and deliver working applications.
User Engagement: provide training and support for business teams adopting Foundry and AIP.
Governance & Trust: ensure data quality, governance and responsible use of AI.
Continuous Improvement: expand AIP adoption and improve workflow automation.
