Luxoft Spain is seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer to design, build, and operationalize AI-powered workflows and agents within Palantir Foundry and AIP. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and work directly with stakeholders to maximize value.

The role requires hands-on experience across the full Foundry ecosystem, with strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT/Data experience.
• 5+ years as Data Platform/Data Engineer.
• 2+ years with Palantir Foundry ecosystem (data integration, ontology, pipelines).
• Proficient in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling.
• Experience with AIP features such as RAG workflows or copilots.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Palantir Foundry pipelines and applications.
• Support design and deployment of AIP use cases (copilots, retrieval workflows, decision-support agents).
• Ground agents and logic flows using RAG with embedding/vector search and ontology content.
• Use Ontology-Augmented Generation (OAG) for operational decision making when needed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on agent design, instructions, and evaluation using AIP features.
