What you’ll do
- Take ownership of core features alongside the other founders.
- Build and ship features end-to-end (frontend, backend, APIs, database).
- Collaborate on architecture decisions and tech stack choices.
- Contribute to a clean, scalable, and maintainable codebase.
- Work directly with users to understand their needs and ship fast iterations.
What we’re looking for
- Solid experience with Next.js (essential).
- Comfort with full-stack development: databases (Supabase/Postgres), APIs, and frontend (HTML/CSS, Tailwind).
- Ability to balance speed with quality - shipping is important, but so is building something reliable.
- A founder-like mindset: proactive, curious, not afraid to learn or own big problems.
- Bonus: experience with recruitment tech or SaaS.
