You’ll work side by side with experienced team members (Arnaud, Mickael, Constance, Clémence, and more) to build Alan\'s Occupational offer from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work.

We seek engineers to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech and internal organisation).

Responsibilities

• You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders.
• You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.
• You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
