We're fast, focused, and obsessed with customer impact. You’ll be part of a high-caliber team in San Francisco (relocation supported) or hybrid, working in person to build and scale our GTM engine.

As a Business Developer, you’ll own key parts of the sales process – from outreach to deal close – driving pipeline, revenue, and long-term growth. You’ll work directly with C-level stakeholders and help shape how we deliver value at every step.

We’re looking for high-performers who love pressure, communicate clearly, and move fast with purpose.

Your responsibilities :

  • Execute from the beginning throughout the end of the sales funnel.
  • Participate in the building of Replai’s GTM at scale while learning on the fly.
  • Constantly over-communicate on the main priorities for growing customer value.
