Afori is building AI-enabled workflows for insurance brokers and is looking for a Founders Associate to jump in with real responsibilities from day one. You’ll tackle the biggest problems, work with the founders daily, and shape growth experiments, GTM, and operations.

You will be building automations, analyzing data, and creating scalable processes that let the founders focus on strategic moves while you deliver tangible outcomes.

Formación

• 0-2 years of work experience in a high-intensity environment (startup, consulting, or your own company).
• Fluent German and English.
• You build automations yourself (n8n, APIs, webhooks) and understand how an AI product works under the hood.
• AI-native, without exception; always considering how AI can speed up tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end initiatives from idea to working prototype, often with no fixed job description.
• Use AI to research, analyze, and accelerate team workflows and growth experiments.
• Assist in building the marketing, GTM, and event pipelines with a founder-facing scope.
• Keep core systems, contracts, and automations running weekly without disruption.
