Job summary

Flyboard is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to own technical delivery for customer deployments. You will write production Python code, integrate with customer systems, and contribute to platform improvements.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Platform Engineering, and customer teams to ensure reliable, scalable deployments across Europe and LatAm. The role emphasizes strong technical ability, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to building AI voice agents in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python and backend engineering skills.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating production software.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical implementations.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts and trade-offs.
• Structured, methodical debugging and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: Implement technical components of customer deployments from definition to production launch and stabilization.
• Customer Collaboration: Work with technical stakeholders to understand systems and coordinate integrations.
• Production Engineering: Write clean, maintainable Python code for customer implementations and platform capabilities.
• API & Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, databases, and external systems.
• AI Agent Implementation: Configure and improve AI voice agents and workflows.
• Platform Contribution: Turn recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Deployment Reliability: Test, monitor, and improve customer deployments in production.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Link Delivery, Platform Engineering, and customer teams.
