Flipflow is seeking a Forward Deploy Software Engineer to join our Retail Tech team, focusing on deploying, configuring, and operating the platform for real customers. This hands-on, full-time role sits near product and day-to-day operations, working at the intersection of Engineering, Data, Operations and Customer Success.

Expect to own account setups, diagnose incidents, and evolve internal tooling to scale.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Software Deploy Engineering, Backend Engineering or similar roles.
• Fluent English in professional environments (B2 level).
• Strong experience with at least one of Java or Go, plus TypeScript (Node.js) and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and configure customer accounts and ensure correct setups.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical incidents in data pipelines and backend services.
• Bridge between Customer Success and Engineering to translate operational issues into actions.
