Flanks is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and backend services powering our Open Wealth Platform. You will own data ingestion end-to-end, shaping backend infrastructure for data-driven decisions.

The role requires hands-on work with ETL/ELT, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD. We value autonomous contributors who communicate well in English and Spanish. Hybrid work setup, health insurance, and a 50% subsidised digital canteen are offered.

Formación

• Experience building and operating data pipelines ETL/ELT.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and schema design.
• Ability to own features end-to-end and ship to production.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and containerization (Docker).
• Professional English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable data flow.
• Develop scalable backend services and data ingestion components.
• Collaborate on SQL/NoSQL database schemas and query tuning.
