CBRE Loan Services seeks an Analyst in Madrid to support Asset Managers in servicing allocated commercial real estate loans across continental Europe and the UK. The role covers loan setup, data integrity, document imaging and transaction administration.

You will manage interest periods, calculate borrower payments, and execute payments on schedule while handling high data volumes with precision. English fluency and strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Banking or Business preferred.
• 1-3 years experience.
• Excellent Excel skills, with experience in managing high volumes of data and working with various systems.
• Excellent command of English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.
• Organisational skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Ability to cope well under pressure and manage high‑pressure points, particularly during peak quarters.

Responsabilidades

• Service assigned commercial real estate loans in continental Europe and UK and monitors their performance.
• Manage the set‑up of new loans in loan servicing system and responsible for maintaining the currency and integrity of loan information.
• Manage loan document files and document imaging.
• Administration and bookkeeping of the transaction.
• Setting of interest periods and reference rates applicable for each period.
• Calculate amounts to be paid by the Borrowers in accordance with loan documentation i.e. fees, interest, and principal amounts.
• Execute payment instructions on each payment date according to waterfall provided.
• Provide assistance as required to Asset Managers in responding to borrower’s audit enquiries.
