This role involves leading the procurement strategy for finished products, managing assigned categories and negotiating strong relationships with national and international suppliers.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage direct procurement categories, including ingredients used in menus.
• Negotiate and maintain supplier relationships.
• Develop internationalization and supply offshoring strategies, identifying new local suppliers.
• Combine technical expertise with commercial and relational focus.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical procurement roles.
• Proven experience in food industry purchasing finished goods.
• Highly analytical and structured, with methodological skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and supplier relationship management experience.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment with international reach.
• Experience in organized foodservice, retail, or supermarkets is a plus.
