WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Interact with guests and co-workers professionally and positively, taking food and beverage orders, accepting payments, delivering orders, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.

• Monitor and replenish food products, stock counters and displays neatly and timely.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area, wiping counters, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as needed.

• Ensure food quality, proper storage, and safe holding temperatures to minimize waste and ensure attractiveness.

• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain equipment such as coffee machines and POS stations in proper condition.

• Meet or exceed all sanitation requirements (ServSafe certified).

• Follow safety, regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

• Support safety initiatives, including proper footwear and lifting techniques.

• Present oneself professionally and encourage team standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
