Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain quality standards
  • Monitor and enforce food safety regulations and hygiene practices
  • Assist in developing and implementing new menu items, considering local preferences and international trends
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Organize and oversee special events, banquets, and catering services
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and product knowledge
  • Prepare reports on food and beverage operations, including sales, costs, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising food and beverage staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
