FO Agent Trainee Service Contracts SveDan

MBGSM is characterized by being an agile and pioneering company. We are looking for motivated individuals who share our corporate values and wish to grow in an international environment, contributing to various areas of the company.

We are seeking new talent to join our Customer Operations department!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception of client and supplier calls (approximately 20 calls a day).
  2. Transfer calls to an automatic satisfaction survey (target: at least 50% completion rate and client/supplier satisfaction of 4.3/5).
  3. Responding to client and supplier emails.
  4. Managing incidents in AP/AR and MPC via email, phone, and e-Ticketing.
  5. Following up on incidents through Phone-Ticket within 48 hours.
  6. Creating and updating supplier information in SAP using e-Ticketing (within 48 hours).
  7. Managing rejected invoices within 24 hours.
  8. Performing account analysis for clients and suppliers.
  9. Handling dunning letters and legal cases.
  10. Executing client dunning via Cofico and making calls for unpaid debts.
  11. Performing duties on holidays when required and approved by the team leader beforehand.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Tourism.

IT Skills:

  • Basic proficiency and some experience in SAP/FI.
  • Basic proficiency and experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Internship Conditions:

  • 12-month internship with potential for semi-attendance; residence in Madrid is required.
  • 35 hours/week, with availability for morning and afternoon shifts from 8:00 to 16:00.

  • 30 days of paid holidays.
