Eleventy World is seeking a passionate Shop Manager for the Women's corner boutique in El Corte Inglés Castellana (Madrid), with experience in team management and a strong local network.

Your Role

Your mission is to be a positive force in developing the client portfolio and revitalizing the Women's boutique at El Corte Inglés Castellana (Madrid), managing daily store operations. You will report to an Area Manager and Head of Retail. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Managing the Sales Team and store operations daily.
2. Ensuring smooth store activity and a positive turnaround.
3. Developing the local client portfolio and improving store performance.
4. Implementing commercial activities and increasing brand awareness in the region.
5. Training, mentoring, and motivating the Sales Team.
6. Maintaining Visual Merchandising and stock conditions according to standards.
7. Executing marketing and reporting duties accurately and timely.
