We are looking for an experienced Flutter Architect to lead the design and development of innovative digital health solutions that empower patients and caregivers across the continuum of care. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to create seamless, user-centered web and mobile applications that support chronic condition management, improve medication adherence, and drive better health outcomes.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the technical direction of mobile and web front-end development, ensuring accessibility, security, and integration with modern healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and development of cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter .
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces in alignment with WCAG standards .
• Partner with UX / UI designers to implement clean, engaging, and intuitive front-end solutions.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and back-end healthcare data systems.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including clinicians, product, and engineering.
• Ensure all solutions meet healthcare data standards, including HIPAA compliance .
• Use state management approaches such as Redux or Provider effectively.
• Implement robust, scalable code with a focus on performance and accessibility .
• Lead code reviews and foster technical excellence in a growing front-end team.
• Champion development best practices and stay on top of evolving tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in healthcare environments.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• 7+ years of front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and cross-platform mobile development.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Experience with RESTful APIs , asynchronous programming , and state management .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, React Native, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in digital healthcare.
• Familiarity with design systems and data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Background working on patient-facing digital health products or chronic care platforms.
• Ability to lead in matrixed and cross-functional teams .
• Strong communication skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
• Passion for improving digital healthcare experiences .
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
