The Project

As an Assistant Store Manager (Supervisor), you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets. You will manage daily store operations and sales staff, report results to the Store Manager, and work on continuously improving service quality and store ambiance in line with our brand identity.

What Will the Role Entail?

1. Team Management: Assist the Store Manager in motivating the team, recognizing potential, recruiting, developing staff, controlling absenteeism, and setting daily priorities.
2. Sales: Support the achievement of commercial objectives and KPIs, prepare sales and customer reports, forecast business, evaluate competition, and manage inventory levels.
3. Visual Merchandising: Ensure store compliance with visual guidelines and brand image.
4. Customer Experience: Guarantee customer service standards are met according to 'Welcome to Karl' training, providing feedback for improvement.
5. Shop Administration: Oversee inventory, stock management, cash register procedures, and daily reporting.
