Overview

FLOOR MANAGER role responsible for leading the store team and ensuring excellent customer service in our basketball-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the store sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure achievement of commercial objectives.
• Organize product presentation and ensure the store reflects Basket Emotion identity.
• Control stock, replenishment, and inventory management support.
• Motivate, train, and support the team to achieve the best results.
• Ensure quality standards, order, and cleanliness in the store.
