Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking a Professional to lead Flight Operations Manuals for the A330 MRTT+. You will manage a team of authors, ensure high-quality content, and act as the customer liaison to drive required changes and enhancements.

You will coordinate publication content, supporting training and operational teams, while travelling 3–4 times annually to meet stakeholders and end users.

Formación

• Engineering degree or Flight Operations experience in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Flight Operations Publications or Support domains.
• Advanced Spanish and Advanced English required; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as product owner in front of the Customer and organization for A330 MRTT Flight Operations Manuals.
• Lead and coordinate a team of subcontracted authors to maintain technical content.
• Serve as SME for A330 MRTT+ topics and oversee publication content.
• Control technical configuration and content, including A330 Neo contributions.
• Perform technical authoring of manuals when needed.
• Support development/validation of aircraft systems content and training alignment.
• Engage with Customer in workshops and conferences as required.
• Train others to retain know‑how within the team.
