Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid region seeks a Materiel Support Manager for the A330 MRTT Fleet to join the Derivatives Material Services Team. You will drive end-to-end material support, supplier coordination, and readiness for international customers.

The role focuses on managing IPLs, material repairs, replenishment, and Performance-Based Logistics contracts, while steering cost performance and risk management with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience in Materiel Support, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement within complex engineering environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish required (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in SAP (Logistics/Materials) and KPI/Performance Management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver IPL, material repairs, and replenishment activities for the A330 MRTT Fleet.
• Manage In-Service Support and PBL contracts, acting as primary Material Services contact for Programme Managers.
• Drive end-to-end material issue resolution across planning, procurement, quality and logistics.
• Coordinate and deploy Derivatives Material Services policies across Airbus DS teams at customer bases.
• Oversee risk management, governance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
