Safran Engineering Services, a division of Safran Electrical and Power, benefits from over 25 years of experience, providing excellence in engineering services to its customers in various markets (aerospace, automotive, rail, and ground transportation industries).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide answers to questions asked by customers (airforces), on time and with the required level of quality on various operational topics such as aircraft performance, flight procedures, operational documentation, weight and balance.
2. Develop and provide flight operational manuals to airforce flight operations engineers, dispatchers, and safety personnel.
3. Define manuals for pilots, loadmaster, ARO (Air-to-air Refuelling Operator), flight dispatchers and flight-ops engineers to support the operation of MRTT & LTA (Light Transport Aircraft; C212, C235 and C295) fleets.
4. Develop and propose new services to meet airforces demands and contribute to the operational success.
5. Participate in the improvement of safety.
6. Produce informative brochures complementing the operational documentation for the various ATR models.

Desired skills:

1. You are a pilot (private, commercial or ATPL).
2. You have (advanced) knowledge of Flight Operations.
3. You have strong communication skills to cope with a multicultural environment.
4. You have a strong team spirit.
5. You are dynamic and innovative.

Essential skills:

1. You have a degree in aeronautics and 1 year experience.
2. You are fluent in English.
3. You have good command of customer communication techniques (oral & written).
4. You are people-oriented (ability to facilitate, collaboration skills) and a good team player in a transnational environment.
5. You are comfortable with basic IT tools (MS Office and Google Suite) and you have the ability to embrace change and work in a fast-changing environment.

Contract conditions:

1. Permanent contract.
2. Highly competitive salary based on candidate experience.
3. Location: 100% on site Customer facilities (ADS) at Getafe all days (Madrid).
