Descripción:
We are a flight management company who provide scheduled and ad hoc flights in support of the Oil and Gas industry. Currently we operate two weekly scheduled flights from Madrid, Barajas, terminal 4 using Air Nostrum aircraft and one fortnightly flight. This service is due to increase in the coming months, and we also have a requirement to cover ad hoc flights from other airports in Spain.

Tuesday and Thursday and alternate Wednesdays, plus other days to be advised.

Horas de trabajo:
04:15 to 13:10 on a Tuesday and Thursday plus alternate Wednesdays. Other hours to be agreed.

Job Description:
Greet passengers prior to check in. Using our computerized check in systems, you would check passengers are listed for the flight and their visas are in date. Liaise with the airline/handling agents and our clients regarding all aspects of the flight including go show and no-show passengers, and the departure of the aircraft. One of the team will fly round trip on the flight as a passenger. Onboard, they will undertake PR/Customer service duties including the distribution of the landing documentation and advise passengers of their onward connections. They will liaise with our ground staff in Algeria on the turnaround. The other person on duty will remain in Madrid and offer administration support, making reservations, advising clients of the expected time of arrival, chasing lost bags, distributing manifest.

Skills:
The position would suit someone from a Passenger Service/Cabin Crew background who already has a good understanding of aviation. They will need to be very presentable, approachable, and able to deliver good Customer Service. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Good computer skills are a requirement and ability to speak French desirable. Ability to work on their own initiative is essential.

Remuneration:
Good remuneration package. Airport Parking Included. If you are required to work outside of the Madrid area, all accommodation, travel, and reasonable expenses will be paid by JetAir. This position is a self-employed position. (Autónomo)
